Adding Nickname to Facebook Account

Facebook gives a new feature to users that you can add your Nickname to Facebook. Many of us seen on someone’s timeline that he or she is added nickname to Facebook which is in bracket as you see in screenshot. Now you can also add Nickname to your Facebook account with simple steps which is very easy.

                                  
 

 

1) Go to settings from your account then click on general
                             

     Settings>>general   

2) In general account setting you will see Name, Username, Email, Password etc

3) Now Click on Name, below screenshot will appear

 

4) In the place of alternate name you have to put name you want and click on "include this on my timeline" and give password and click on save changes and you will see that your account shows nickname or alternate name you provided on your timeline.
