1) For creating blog using blogger go to Blogger.com Below screenshot will appear after vising blogger

2) Then you have to put your any email address and password

3) After entering correct email and password you entered to blogger

4) Now you will see screenshot like this, now click on “New Blog” box as shown

5) After clicking on “New Blog” you will get below screen

6) Give title for you blog also put address for blog and select template, remember you can change title and templates later but address cannot change 

7) Now you will see you blog name click on it “New Post” now you can start posting to your blog
